Managing a Termination of Your Federal Government Contract
December 7 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
In collaboration with the Indian Dispute Resolution Services (IDRS) Acorn Project, join us to learn how to ensure if your government contract is terminated, you are treated fairly. This webinar series is open for any business owner, regardless of Native status.
Unfortunately, there may be a need for the government to terminate your contract. This webinar will address two types of termination: Termination for Default and Termination for Convenience. Each type includes unique elements all firms should be aware of so they are treated fairly should the occasion arise when one or the other is applied to their contract. This webinar will breakdown the more significant points associated with each type of termination and what firms should expect should termination be the only choice available to the government.
