Managing Disputes in Your Federal Government Contract
November 7 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
In collaboration with the Indian Dispute Resolution Services (IDRS) Acorn Project, join us to learn how to handle disputes in your government contract. This webinar series is open for any business owner, regardless of Native status.
Often times the ‘honeymoon’ is short-lived once you begin performing your contract. Because every government contract includes the Disputes clause, we will explore the clause and break it down so that you may better understand the content, the rights and responsibilities of both parties and helping you ensure you are not taken advantage of should there be major disagreements between you and the government.
