If your lender is not participating in the new SBA PPP Loan Forgiveness portal\, we can help you prepare the proper documentation to submit to your lender directly for PPP forgiveness. \n  \nItems to Bring: \n\nLaptop or tablet (we have FREE WiFi)\nPPP loan documents\nIRS Form 941 – Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return (if applicable)\nBank or account statements that document the use of PPP funds\nCompleted SBA Form 3508S (available at https://www.sba.gov/document/sba-form-3508s-ppp-3508s-loan-forgiveness-application-instructions)\n\nFunded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
