DESCRIPTION:Let’s define what financial management means and why it is so important to small businesses. We will cover best practices for financial management in the various stages of your business- start-up financing\, financing for a growing business\, financing working capital\, and financing fixed assets.\nNirosha Jayamaha was born in Sri Lanka in 1982 and came to America in 2015. She is married and has two daughters age of 12 and 14. She graduated school in Sri Lanka and studied Business and Economics. Nirosha has being working for US Bank for over 14 years and she has banker and management experience. Nirosha loves helping people in need\, her goal is one day to open a non profit organization to support kids in need. Nirosha loves music and dancing and also she want to travel the world when she retire. \nSteven Ness has spent the last 17 years living and working in banking/finance in the Las Vegas valley. He is a Business Banking Development Consultant with US Bank and also a mentor to business owners through SCORE\, a national non-profit organization. Steven enjoys giving back and volunteering in our community through his organization\, Junior Achievements\, Dress for Success\, 3 Square and CRCC. Steven has two young children and started his own company in 2020 focusing on real estate consulting and development. In his free time he enjoys exploring the joys of life with his children. \n \nFunded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
