SBA was established 70 years ago when President Eisenhower signed the Small Business Act on July 30\, 1953. For 70 years\, America’s entrepreneurs have relied on the SBA to help them start and grow their businesses. Today\, the SBA is a valuable resource for more than 33 million small businesses and innovative startups and has helped power the biggest small business boom in American history. \nWe make sure American entrepreneurs can get the resources\, support and funding they need to start and grow their businesses. Some of America’s most iconic brands and beloved neighborhood landmarks started and grew with the SBA.
