Caroline has managed many asset types\, including Office\, Industrial and Retail\, but Caroline really found her niche and passion servicing the Doctors in the community. For 10 years of her career\, she exclusively and successfully managed 6 medical office buildings on 3 hospital campuses totaling over 300\,000 square feet.\nDuring this time\, she developed and implemented a 5-year\, $3\,000\,000.00 capital improvement budget\, while simultaneously saving the asset over $300\,000 in annual expenses by performing a complete audit of services\, correcting systemic deficiencies and onboarding new systems and procedures. This not only benefited the building owners but reduced expenses for the doctors and their practices\, ultimately increasing\ntheir bottom line. In addition to the many hats worn as a Property Manager\, Caroline has proven success in project management\, including overseeing the construction of 2 wound care clinics\, a surgery center and all tenant improvements in the buildings she managed\, tenant retention\, team leadership and vendor relations\, all contributing to the overall success and performance of the properties she oversees. As an active member\nof the commercial real estate industry\, she was nominated by her peers and served as the 2017-2018 BOMA Nevada President\, was the 2019 chair for “WIN” (Women’s Integrated Network) and recipient of the 2022 “Women of Distinction” award by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). One of her most memorable (and favorite) accomplishments was effectively lobbying in Washington for issues affecting the commercial real estate industry. Caroline strives to be a resource to all professionals in her field and having a platform to volunteer\, mentor young professionals and support the community she loves is extremely important to her. When she is not serving the community\, Caroline enjoys spending quality time\, traveling\nand creating unforgettable memories with her family.  \nDemetrius\, Managing Director and Founder at V.E.W. Advisory \nFor over 19 years\, Demetrius Ware\, has built his reputation as a global thought leader and strategic planner in the banking\, CRE and Healthcare finance industries scaling value in both emerging & mature markets. \nHolding leadership positions in finance throughout his career including roles as a former Vice President at US Bank and Walker & Dunlop\, Demetrius designed and implemented strategic growth modules resulting in over $2.5 billion in CRE structured finance\, healthcare acquisition\, and utility scale renewable energy development. \nUsing the same areas of expertise\, Demetrius is now Founder of VEW Emerging & Corporate Advisory.
