DESCRIPTION:Businesses are being flooded with accommodation requests from vaccinated and unvaccinated employees. What are your rights and responsibilities as business owners as things return to some normalcy? Do you have a plan for potential COVID spikes due the Delta variant in the future? What should you know about encouraging your employees to get the vaccine? Join us to discuss your rights and responsibilities in this new environment and the vaccination rollout. \nChris Belmont holds a aPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute\, and a SHRM-SCP (senior certified professional) from the Society for Human Resources management. She spent over 30 years in the restaurant business and holds an FDA approved credential to train food service managers on preventing the spread of food borne illness as well as infectious diseases. She is an active member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Boards of the Water Street Business District Association\, as well as the Southern Nevada Society for Human Resources Management. As a consultant\, she provides HR support as well as leadership and organizational health training and workshops to her clients. \n \n  \nFunded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
