DESCRIPTION:Each year\, federal\, state\, and local governments award billions of dollars in prime and subcontracts for goods and services. The path to government contracting is competitive and can be overwhelming\, but let’s discuss strategies for becoming a government contractor and how this very lucrative business sector can help your business grow. We’ll cover the overall roadmap to becoming a government contractor and things to consider when doing business with the government. \nSydonie Neysmith is the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Black Swan Consulting\, Inc\, a management consulting firm with locations in Fort Lauderdale\, Florida\, and Reno\, Nevada. She helps busy entrepreneurs with developing strategies to scale their business and prepare them for gaining access to capital and government contracts. Her life mission is to assist women entrepreneurs in managing their financials and position themselves for success. \nSydonie has over 20 years of experience developing budgets\, forecasts and strategic planning\, for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. She has a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College and an MBA from the Huizenga School of Business\, Nova Southeastern University. Mrs. Neysmith is a Certified Business Consultant and an adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada\, Reno. \nSince the founding of Black Swan\, Sydonie has grown her company’s reputation for providing unsurpassed customer service by focusing on her clients’ needs with a keen sense for consistency and exceptional quality of services. All services are extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
