DESCRIPTION:Please attend this webinar to learn more about APEX Accelerators and a overview / discussion on understanding FOCI on what you need to be aware of as a government contractor.\n\nFOCI stands for Foreign Ownership\, Control\, or Influence\, a regulatory term used by the U.S. government to evaluate national security risks when a foreign entity holds power over a domestic company.\n\nWhat is FOCI?\n\nA U.S. company is under FOCI when a foreign person\, government\, or firm has direct or indirect power to direct or decide key matters in management or operations.
