We will cover the benefits of budgeting and forecasting as a small business. Let’s make sure you feel confident understanding your profit & loss and cash flow! \nSydonie Neysmith is the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Black Swan Consulting\, Inc\, a management consulting firm with locations in Fort Lauderdale\, Florida\, and Reno\, Nevada. She helps busy entrepreneurs with developing strategies to scale their business and prepare them for gaining access to capital and government contracts. Her life mission is to assist women entrepreneurs in managing their financials and position themselves for success. \nSydonie has over 20 years of experience developing budgets\, forecasts and strategic planning\, for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.
