After moving to Fallon\, Nevada\, Kelli found her calling in local and regional food systems while working at a farm-to-table restaurant. She was inspired to work with local farmers\, ranchers\, and value-added producers to promote sustainable agriculture and advocate for eating seasonally and within the foodshed.
