Plus\, receive a free professional headshot to level up your business profile! \nSBDC Day is part of a national celebration recognizing Small Business Development Centers across the country and the new and existing businesses they support. In Nevada\, that work touches more than 350\,000 small businesses\, representing 99.2% of all businesses statewide. \nThe evening will bring together small business owners\, ecosystem partners\, Nevada SBDC advisors and staff\, policymakers\, and community leaders for a celebration of Nevada small business focused on impact\, insight\, and connection. \nProgram highlights include: \n\nWelcome remarks from Winnie Dowling\, Nevada SBDC State Director\nRemarks from U.S. SBA District Director Saul Ramos\n\nRemarks from Shaundell Newsome\, Nevada SBDC Board Chair\n\nRemarks from Vice President of Government and Community Engagement at the University of Nevada\, Reno Michael Flores\nNevada SBDC Small Business Awards\, recognizing outstanding client businesses and legislative champions\nOpen networking with Nevada’s small business community\nSBDC Headshot Photobooth\n\nIn 2025 alone\, Nevada SBDC provided free\, confidential advising to 3\,917 clients across 13 offices statewide\, helping businesses invest $31.9 million\, support 14\,030 jobs\, and launch 249 new businesses.
