Throughout his career, Mr. Smith has focused on serving small to medium enterprise business owners, start-up entrepreneurs and the business capital community by developing and executing professional-grade business finance documentation, venture underwriting services and valuations. Mr. Smith is the author of several business development books. He is a veteran of foreign wars, USMC 1988-1993, during which he earned numerous commendations, awards, ribbons, and medals.
