Use proven methods and templates to successfully manage project schedules, tasks, people and potential business risks. You must have attended Part 1 in order to attend Part 2.

In Part 2 of this hands-on workshop you will learn:
• Specific ways to translate your To-Do list into clear executable actions
• Practice using tools and templates to manage tasks, risks, and people
• Positive and negative impacts of scheduling dependent tasks; create a milestone schedule for your business
• Simple risk assessment; use easy risk mitigation tools to chart your risks
• Local and online resources
This two-part course is on successive weeks, and you must register for both.

There will be a $15 fee for this webinar.
