Legal Business Entity Formation in Nevada A local attorney explains the details of forming your business. ● Look at federal and Nevada laws governing business entities ● Compare basic business entity structures, such as: Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Corporations (S-Corp, C-Corp treatment), LLC and basic tax discussion of the types of entities ● What business licenses might you need? State & Local Please note that this class is not a substitute for legal counsel, and the presenters will not provide legal advice.
