Business contracts are important to clarifying terms of deals and business relationships that you are dealing with on a day to day basis. Ensuring you have well-drafted and clear terms for performance obligations of the parties is important. Discussion to include, but not limited to, vendor agreements, employment or independent contractor agreements, NDAs, Licensing Agreements, and more.
Please note that this class is not a substitute for legal counsel, and the presenters will not provide legal advice. If you need help with a particular legal issue, you should contact a licensed attorney.
