Maximize your profitability thru Commercial Real Estate: Things to consider when you are looking to lease or buy for your business

March 21, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Commercial Real Estate typically is the second largest cost of your business behind payrolls. It is an important piece of your cashflow when it comes to running your business. Leasing vs buying is often the first question that business owners ask themselves whether you are just starting up, or you are expanding as a seasoned business owner. In this webinar, we will go thru the pros & cons of each option, common pitfalls of leasing & buying process, negotiation tactics and how to create leverage for you to achieve best terms & concession,  the importance of having a proper tenant/buyer only representation and how landlords benefit from tenants with no representation.

Siqi has called Nevada his home for the past 15 years, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. He has an extensive background in engineering and commercial construction as he worked for a large general contractor in Northern Nevada for 7 years and was part of many exciting projects. He transitioned into commercial real estate with this background helping business owners with this often intimidating process as a tenants & buyers only commercial real estate agent. Siqi is one of the very few commercial agents that have no affiliation with landlords, which takes away the conflict of interest that often arises in commercial transactions.
