Kaitlyn Schwantes is a Business Advisor with the Nevada SBDC based in Las Vegas. She also supports the SBDC team in project and grant management. New to Nevada but not new to business, Kaitlyn has experience advising on the startup process, business planning, strategic planning, organizational development, financial analysis, procurement and market research. She has previously owned a consulting company serving executive teams and emerging entrepreneurs in team development and training. Her focus is on balancing the numbers with the people side of business – using data driven decisions to connect entrepreneurs to teams and teams to customers. Kaitlyn has a Master of Business Administration and a BA in Psychology. She enjoys traveling to discover new places and ideas to bring back to clients, colleagues, students and friends.
