Krit Sempolkrung, a UNLV alumnus, is an accomplished banquet caterer with over 14 years of experience in the industry. He has catered to A-list celebrities including Beyoncé, Adele, Taylor Swift, Mel Gibson, Curtis Jackson (50 Cent), Stevie Nicks, The Weeknd, Steve Aoki, Marshmello, Nate Diaz, P!nk, Boyz II Men, and numerous NFL players. His expertise extends beyond exclusive events to large-scale corporate catering for industry leaders such as Microsoft, Adobe, the Las Vegas Raiders, Switch, Wynn Corporate, Caesars Corporate, and America’s Test Kitchen, as well as VIP experiences at high-profile events including Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Life Is Beautiful, and iHeartRadio.
Krit’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Secret Creamery, one of only nine FDA-licensed ice cream manufacturers in Nevada. Under his leadership, Secret Creamery became the official Ice Cream Sponsor of the Las Vegas Golden Knights, cementing its reputation for high-quality, artisanal products.
Krit’s legacy extends to the many businesses and professionals who trained under him. Alumni of his mentorship have gone on to open Durango Social Club, Krok, Lilli, Sgrizzi Ristorante & Bar by Chef Marc, Le Umu Samoan Food, Down2Earth Plant-Based Cuisine (now Earthly), and Berlin Bar — thriving ventures that reflect his continued influence on Las Vegas’s hospitality scene.
Beyond the kitchen, Krit served as Lieutenant Governor of Kiwanis International, Division 28 Southern Nevada from 2024 to 2026 — a nonprofit focused on leadership development at all ages, including local programs like Key Club (high school) and Circle K (collegiate), which together serve nearly 6,000 teens, making it the largest teen leadership program in a single Kiwanis territory. In this role, he led local club growth, coordinated service projects, and expanded fundraising systems. Under his leadership, the division’s fundraising efforts for local children’s programs grew by 240%, raising $36,000 and funding $28,000 in local scholarships and programs. From 2026 to 2029, Krit is serving as a Trustee of the Kiwanis Foundation of Southern Nevada, the fundraising arm supporting Division 28’s clubs and youth programs — reinforcing his ongoing commitment to giving back to the community that has supported his career.
