Jeffrey J. Whitehead has practiced in the Southwest, Colorado and New York for more than 30 years, after having grown up in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. His practice has been diverse focusing upon business interests, becoming a legal life consultant for his clients. He advises clients how to commence business, what form the business entity should take, how to protect assets, and in designing estate plans for the individual. His estate plans involve small personal estates to complex plans involving large business succession. He acts as a trustee for Nevada self-settled trusts. Mr. Whitehead has advised diverse business interests including healthcare, entertainment, real estate developers, medical marijuana dispensers and cultivators, e-commerce and matters involving intellectual property.
