Roman “Gustavo” Santoyo Tamayo, is a Business Development Advisor at the Nevada Small Business Development Center (SBDC). He brings years of experience in management, strategic planning, and client support across the hospitality and lending industries.
Gustavo was born and raised in Mexico and holds a degree in Medicine. He has extensive experience leading large diverse teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Prior to joining the SBDC, he managed day-to-day operations at a well-known Las Vegas restaurant and currently serves as Office Manager at The G&G Group, a lending firm where he oversees transaction coordination and team operations.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Gustavo is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, especially those in underserved communities, gain the tools, resources, and confidence needed to grow and sustain their businesses. His strengths include business planning, licensing guidance, access to capital, and strategic advising.
