Mr. Smith has over 25 years of business development experience, serving an average of 50 clients annually across 22 industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Smith has focused on serving small to medium enterprise business owners, start-up entrepreneurs and the business capital community by developing and executing professional-grade business finance documentation, venture underwriting services and valuations. Mr. Smith is the author of several business development books. He is a veteran of foreign wars, USMC 1988-1993, during which he earned numerous commendations, awards, ribbons, and medals.
