Having a Financial Plan is key to planning, Financing and operating your business. In this two hour course you will learn the basics of financial planning and reporting for small business including:
– Revenue Forecasting
-Start Up Capital requirements
– Accounting Considerations
– Revenue tracking and forecasting
– Cost Forecasting
-Cash Flow
-Profit and Loss reporting
-Balance Sheets
