Financial Planning for Small Business

This training event is hosted by Northern Nevada SCORE.

From business plans to operations, financial planning is key to operating your business and understanding if you are making money. Join us for this two hour session and learn the basics from your business plan to basic financial reporting.
Topics Include:

• Expense Forecasting
• Basic accounting set-up and working with your accountant
• Cash Flow
• Financial Reports

Following the workshop participants will be provided with a pdf of the slide deck and an excel file with templates for your use.
