This one-day workshop will prepare small business owners to confidently navigate workers’ compensation and other insurance audits. You will learn about insurance requirements, how to keep financial records organized, how to properly respond to an audit, and the potential consequences of failing to respond. The workshop will also cover possible audit outcomes and recent regulatory changes affecting workers’ compensation, providing practical guidance to help business owners stay compliant, avoid unexpected costs, and better protect their business.
Luis Caldera has been a resident of Las Vegas for 22 years. He possesses 7 years of expertise in business administration, bookkeeping, and business formation. Luis specializes in business entities and licensing, placing a particular emphasis on construction licensing. Having contributed to the initiation of numerous businesses across diverse sectors, his dedication lies in assisting small business owners in navigating the often intricate and prolonged journey towards owning and operating a successful business.
