Carmen L. Mendez is a seasoned business executive and tax educator with over 20 years of experience supporting small businesses. She brings hands-on tax leadership from H&R Block, where she managed more than 300 tax professionals across a major metropolitan market and worked directly with small business owners on tax compliance, deductions, and year-round planning. Known for simplifying complex tax topics, Carmen teaches practical, easy-to-follow tax courses designed to help small business owners understand their tax responsibilities, avoid costly mistakes, and make smarter financial decisions.Luis Caldera is a seasoned tax and business professional with many years of experience in personal and corporate tax preparation. He brings extensive expertise in bookkeeping, business administration, and business licensing, helping clients stay compliant while building strong financial foundations. Luis has significant experience working with construction businesses, including construction-specific business licensing, and understands the regulatory and financial challenges unique to the industry. Known for his accuracy, reliability, and client-focused approach, Luis is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses operate efficiently, minimize risk, and achieve long-term success.
