In this session, participants will learn the difference between cash inflow and cash outflow and why tracking both matters. We’ll explore how profit on paper doesn’t always translate to money in the bank—and what that means for day-to-day operations. Through practical examples, you’ll discover how to anticipate and manage the timing of your income and expenses. By learning how to manage your cash effectively, you’ll gain the flexibility to handle slow seasons and unexpected costs with confidence.
