Charae joined the SBDC in 2022 where she works as a Business Development Advisor at the Urban Chamber of Commerce in Las Vegas. Originally from Cincinnati, OH, she received her undergraduate degree from Ohio University where she studied Retail Fashion Product Development Management and Business. She is currently completing her MBA Degree at Northern Kentucky
