My name is Dereck Barrett. Until recently my wife and I owned 2 physical therapy clinics here in Reno. I have recently sold the majority interest in our practice and am transitioning out of my role as CEO. I have also worked as a commercial real estate broker for over 5yrs here in Reno. I am extremely excited to join the SBDC. I have spent the majority of my career as an active business owner, and this position has several features for which I am very passionate.
