Joan is originally from Hawaii and an Army veteran with a BS in Business Management and an MBA. Formerly a VP in contracts and procurement for a native Alaskan corporation with many years of experience in various aspects of government purchasing and contracting. She has also led banking risk departments, worked in consulting and has owned retail businesses. Joan has a love for travel and adventure and is working on her country count!
