He has an extensive background in engineering and commercial construction as he worked for a large general contractor in Northern Nevada for 7 years and was part of many exciting projects. He transitioned into commercial real estate with this background helping business owners with this often intimidating process as a tenants & buyers only commercial real estate agent. Siqi is one of the very few commercial agents that have no affiliation with landlords, which takes away the conflict of interest that often arises in commercial transactions.
