Maria Soriano, originally from the Pearl of the Orient, the Philippines, learned the value of hard work and the power of community early in life. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Higher Education, and Marketingwithin both private and public sectors, she is dedicated to bridging the gap between talent and opportunity.
Apart from being a new Business Development Advisor for SBDC within the AAPI Chamber where she aims to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs to see their dreams come to fruition, Maria is also the CEO of GoodHire Recruitment,where leads a team committed to matching top talent with the right employers,ensuring mutual growth and success.
In addition to her leadership role, Maria serves as an adjunct faculty member at UNLV’s College of Education, where she shares industry expertise and motivational insights with her students.
As an immigrant herself, her role as chair of the AAPI Chamber Female Leaders Groupunderscores her commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of women in business.
